We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step into the salon to the moment you come back! If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you! Please read over the policies below. If you have any questions about the following please ask Alexandra and she will be happy to answer any questions! ___ We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you. ___ Adjustments can only be performed within 10 days of your initial service date. ___ Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make adjustments to the cut or color. ___ No Call No Shows or Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 40% of the service. ___ Chemical services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from my salon or ones I recommend for you online. ___ Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting. ___ If your hair goal cannot be achieved in one sitting, or if you have box color present in the hair, you will be asked to complete our multi-step color agreement.
